All rates are subject to negotiation based on event type and duration.
Payments are due the day of the event. Payments will have a penalty fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) after five days (5 days).
Any third party booking a character appearance is entitled to a maximum agent fee of fifteen percent (15%). No additional commissions or fees shall be permitted.
All listed rates apply to events within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of the Performer’s residence.
Travel Fees
A seventy-five dollar ($75.00) travel fee will apply to events requiring travel of up to ninety (90) miles total, inclusive of the initial twenty-five (25) miles. An additional seventy-five dollars ($75.00) will be charged for each additional ninety (90) miles thereafter.
Travel fees are intended to offset fuel, lodging, and related expenses for long-distance or multi-day events and may be negotiated at the Performer’s discretion.
